We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
USPS. For shipments outside the continental US, standard delivery is by the United States Postal Service. Delivery is usually in 3-5 business days (absent delay in customs clearance) and each shipment can be tracked via the USPS system. Our Standard International USPS charge is based on the destination country and the size and weight of the package. You will be notified prior to shipment if additional charges are necessary and you will have the opportunity to approve the charges or cancel the order.
Canadian Orders. We ship to our Canadian customers via FEDEX. Express service takes 2 - 3 days and is priced depending on product weight and your location. Standard service takes 4 - 7 days and is priced depending on product weight and your location. Duty and tax are not included in these prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Australian Orders. Most shipments take 3-5 days to reach Australia. There are no duty or customs fees for shipments under $1,000. All shipments are sent via FedEx or USPS and we'll email you a tracking number within 24 hours after you place your order. Wetsuit Outlet is in the process of setting up an Australian agent that can handle size exchanges and warranty issues directly from Sydney. Stay Tuned!
EU Orders. We ship to our EU customers via FEDEX. Standard service takes 7-10 days and is priced depending on product weight and your location. Duty and tax are not included in these prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Occasionally a product can get stuck in customs.
APO and FPO Addresses. We ship internationally to PO boxes only for USPS shipments to APO and FPO addresses. We cannot be responsible for late deliveries or package loss or theft on such shipments.
Duties and Taxes. Recipients of international orders are responsible for local import duties and taxes, if any. We declare a low value of items purchased (excluding shipping costs) for customs purposes. It is very rare that our customers incur any additional charges.
Shipping Times. Although we generally ship the same day we receive an order, there are often slight delays on international orders to clarify credit card issues or to obtain authorization for higher shipping costs. We do not ship on holidays so orders received shortly before a holiday or weekend will not ship until the first business day following. We request your phone number, e-mail address and/or fax number so we can contact you with questions about your order.
Delivery Delays. PLEASE NOTE that we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery caused by bad weather, carrier error, customs or administrative clearances or other causes beyond our control and do not refund shipping charges in case of such delays.
